An e-tool for public procurement at national and local level
The International Learning Lab on Public Procurement and Human Rights is a global network website to generate knowledge, tools and guidance, and build capacity of local and national procurement agencies to integrate human rights into purchasing.
The learning Lab is split into four thematic hubs:

• International financial institutions - The Public Procurement Research Group (PPRG) at University of Nottingham, and the Danish Institute for Human Rights lead the Learning Lab’s research on human rights considerations in the procurement processes of international financial institutions
• Private security - DCAF leads the Learning Lab’s research on the incorporation of human rights considerations into government procurement of private security services
